I feel sad when: I ask fam-friends to respect my boundaries, and they refuse, so I have to dance around them to avoid abuse/neglect/racism, and they say "that's your choice, free will, how U wanted. U hate us."

What do I need from U to move beyond crisis, diaspora, surviving to thriving, blessed dreams come true? 

For u all to see fighting spirit (fight-flight-freeze-fuck) as a white flag to summon adoption spirit magic.
